1. Website and portal use

These terms govern your use of the Diamond Pay institutional website and the merchant candidacy portal. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or portal.

Content on the marketing site is provided for general information about payments, checkout and storefront infrastructure for selling in Brazil. We may update the site or portal without prior notice.

2. Candidacy, not a merchant agreement

Submitting a candidacy or completing the portal sign-up does not create a merchant agreement, payment processing contract, or financial services relationship. Commercial terms, pricing, settlement, and go-live require a separate written agreement.

We may approve, defer, or decline candidacies at our discretion.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information during signup and in the portal. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email inbox secure.

Sign-in uses email magic links (no password). Do not share magic links. Use the sign-out function to end your session on shared devices.

4. Sign-up documents and declarations

You represent that information and documents you submit are truthful and that you have authority to provide them. Upload only documents you are permitted to share. We may verify information with third-party sources as part of due diligence.

5. Site information

Capabilities and coverage described on the site can change. Do not treat the marketing site as a merchant agreement. Go-live requires an approved sign-up review and a written contract.

6. Intellectual property

The Diamond Pay and Vendabien brands, the Double Diamond design elements, logos and site content are owned by or licensed to Double Diamond Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda.. You may not copy, modify or use our marks without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and portal are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double Diamond Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda. disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or portal, including temporary unavailability of sign-in email or document upload.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of the city of São Paulo, SP. This website is operated by Double Diamond Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda., CNPJ 43.634.190/0001-01, headquartered in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, of which Diamond Pay is a brand.

9. Operating model and eligibility

Diamond Pay operates as a payment facilitator under acquirers and payment institutions authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil. It onboards merchants domiciled in Brazil, registered under a CNPJ or CPF, and does not hold merchants’ funds: settlement is made by the acquirer into the merchant’s own account.
